ONE WEEK AT A TIME

Make a change.
Keep the bigger picture.

BloodTime is being built to help you put your results in context, without losing sight of the everyday choices behind them.

01 / CONNECT

Start with your results.

Bring in supported blood results available in Apple Health, with your permission. Availability depends on your connected providers and records.

02 / EXPERIMENT

Choose a weekly focus.

Try a change in your food or fitness routine. Give yourself a simple focus for the week and a reason to reflect.

03 / REFLECT

Look for patterns over time.

Explore inflammation-related markers alongside your experiments as new results become available. A pattern is a starting point for questions.

A few things to know.

Do I need to share blood results to sign up?

No. This signup only asks for an email address and your consent choices. It does not connect to Apple Health or request health information.

Will I need a new blood test every week?

Weekly refers to the food or fitness experiment, not a testing schedule. BloodTime is designed to use available results in Apple Health. Discuss any testing schedule with your healthcare professional.

Is BloodTime available now?

BloodTime is in development. Beta access is planned through TestFlight. Timing, supported results, and device requirements will be shared with invited testers.
